Gnocchi

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of frozen, ready to eat butternut squash gnocchi (M. Basilic) 500 gr
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 10 finely cut fresh sage leaves
  • 1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

Cook time: 5 to 6 minutes

    • Melt the butter and olive oil in a pan.
    • Add the sage and salt; heat for a few seconds.
    • Empty the bag of butternut squash gnocchi (frozen or slowly thawed in the fridge) in the sauce and cook until the gnocchi is hot.

Cacio e Pepe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 litre of hot water
  • 500 gr Pasta Mancini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup pecorino cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Italian cut black pepper

PREPARATION

Cook time: 10 to 12 minutes

    • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the pasta. Gradually add the hot water and cook until the pasta is "al dente" (about 10 minutes).
    • The starch from the Mancini pasta will create a white sauce in the pan.
    • Add the cheese and pepper and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
    • Put the pasta in a plate and enjoy!
